LCC (45-90)Complete range of Low Cement Castables (including Anti-Coating)

LOW CEMENT CASTABLE

LCC range of low cement castable is Psuedo - Thixotropic hence flows under vibrations. The use of micron-sized particles replaces water which ultimately gives better particle binding hence higher strength at all tempreatures. Our LCC castable has excellent wear resistance along with superior thermal shock resistance. LCC castable can be tailor made with different aggregate systems like ZM (Zir - Mul), SiC (Silicon Carbide) to suit different application areas. Areas where high abrasion and high corrosion are expected than it is suitable to use LCC with with SiC & ZM aggregate system. If anti-wetting property is required then LCC - 80 / 90 with ZM is recommended. LCC range of castable requires 5% - 7% of water for casting depending on its variety. It is usually mixed in pan mixer for better consistency and then vibro-casted using pin-vibrators. They set within 6 - 8 hours at 35°C and can safety be de-shuttered in 8 -10 hours.

Unique Advantages
  • High hot strength at all temperatures with NO ZONE OF WEAKNESS.
  • Low porosity with uniform pore size distribution.
  • Excellent wear resistant.
  • Superior thermal shock resistant.
  • High reheat Strength.
  • Increasing strength with rising temperature.
  • LCC-ZM (Zir-Mul) for high abrasion & chemical corrosion resistant.
  • LCC -CRC for high thermal shocks & abrasion resistance.
  • LCC - SC (Silicon Carbide) for Anti-Coating property.
